| 23 | The contractor shall design, engineer, procure, manufacture, transport, construct, install, test, commission, and hand over a prefabricated police booth with an integrated toilet on a turnkey EPC basis, complete in all respects. The booth shall have a recommended overall size of approximately 3.60 m (L) × 2.40 m (W) × 2.70 m (H), with a minimum internal clear height of 2.40 m, comprising a police duty area and a separate toilet area. The scope of work shall include site survey, RCC foundations with necessary plinth, prefabricated steel superstructure, insulated wall and roof panels, doors, windows, flooring, internal and external finishes, and complete MEP services. Electrical works shall include internal wiring, LED lighting, power sockets, distribution board with MCB and ELCB, earthing, and external lighting. Plumbing and sanitary works shall include CPVC and UPVC piping, water supply, drainage connections, sanitary fixtures, ventilation, and exhaust systems for the toilet. The booth shall be provided with safety and security features such as CCTV provision, fire extinguisher, emergency switch, police signage, and adequate ventilation. Each bin shall be clearly labeled for waste segregation—wet waste, dry waste, and recyclable waste—and shall include individual lids or covers to minimize odor and contamination. | 27 | Design, supply, fabrication, installation and commissioning of Entrance Monument / Name Board (WELCOME TO SIPCOT) of overall size 8000 mm length and 3600 mm height, complete in all respects, strictly as per approved drawing and site requirements. The work shall include RCC foundation with excavation, PCC 100 mm thick, and RCC footing and pedestal in M25 concrete with Fe500 reinforcement, properly cured and backfilled. The base plinth shall be 1000 mm high and 8000 mm long, finished with brick cladding / stone veneer neatly pointed. Above the plinth, the superstructure shall comprise RCC / solid block masonry of minimum 150 mm thickness, with a central horizontal signage panel of 5000 mm length and a left-side vertical feature block of 1200 mm width, offset 750 mm from the left edge, finished with approved exterior-grade textured plaster / stone finish. A vertical logo feature of 750 mm width and 2000 mm height shall be provided with SIPCOT emblem in SS 304 / aluminium, CNC cut and fixed centrally. The signage text “WELCOME TO SIPCOT” shall be executed using 3D individual letters, with “WELCOME TO” letter height approximately 350 mm and “SIPCOT” letter height approximately 1000 mm, fabricated from aluminium / SS / acrylic with concealed fixing, finished in approved colour. The overall wall thickness shall be 300 mm, with projections and offsets as shown in the drawing. The work shall also include concealed electrical conduits and wiring for LED lighting, complete with drivers, earthing and testing.
