Manufacture and supply of 8.0m (WL-200kg) PSC Poles (REC design) cast in M42 Design Mix using OPC cement of 53 Grade, 4mm HTS Wire, 10mm & 12mm machine crushed metal of 50% each (HBG stone jelly) and M-sand using the Twin mould Form boxes including cost of form boxes, labour charges for cleaning and fixing of Form boxes, stretching and tensioning of HTS wires, mixing and conveying and placing of concrete, vibrating, curing in bed for three days (not less than 72 hours), casting & testing of cubes of size 15X 15 X 15cms for ascertaining the strength of concrete for de- tensioning, cutting of HTS wire, shifting of Poles to the Curing Tanks for curing and lifting the Poles from curing tank to stacking Platform after levelling the stacking Yard, painting at top & bottom using anti corrosive paint including cost of wedges, barrels, empty gunnies for covering the Poles in bed for 3 days, waste oil, hydraulic jacks, tensioning machines, welding plants, properly insulated cables for welding and power supply and necessary T&Ps for maintaining the Yard, testing of Poles for its quality for acceptance and including cost of all materials, cement, HTS Wires, M-sand and metal, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete at NeyveliPSC Yard after leveling and aligning the existing pole casting bed and formation of PSC pole manufacturing unit .
