Tree size Girth 51-75 cm 1. Pre-transplantation treatment including • Crown pruning (max 25–30%) • Anti-fungal spray • Application of root stimulant hormone. 2. Preparation of root ball: • Minimum 8–10 times trunk diameter. • Manual/mechanical excavation. 3. Wrapping of root ball with: • Hessian cloth / jute cloth 4. Lifting using crane / hydra without damage. 5. Transportation to approved site. 6. Preparation of pit: • Size: Minimum 2.5 m x 2.5 m x 2.25 m • Filled with good earth, compost, sand mixture (2:1:1). 7. Replanting and vertical alignment. 8. Staking with bamboo/steel supports (minimum 3 supports). including providing earth around above ground 1.0 m and Project 750 mm extra from tree circumference 9. Watering immediately after planting. 10. Mulching and basin formation. 11.
