Composite item for Maintenance of CC Footpath with Cover Slabs comprising Providing and executing civil works up to plinth level including centering and shuttering for foundations, footings and bases for columns with strutting, propping and removal of formwork; providing and laying cement concrete of specified grades 1:1½:3 and 1:2:4 with 20 mm nominal size graded stone aggregate excluding cost of centering and shuttering; providing 12 mm cement plaster in 1:4 mix; extra for making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete floors, steps, landings and pavements; and providing and placing steel reinforcement for RCC work up to plinth level using TMT bars of grade Fe-500D or higher including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding, complete, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and as per the site condition. Footpath- Length 175 mtrs x 3.50 width, and Cover Slabs - 15 Nos. (0.90 x 0.65 mtrs).Note: The work shall further include submission of calculations and detailed design drawing with the Technical Bid. The detailed drawings shall comprise plan, elevation, sections and construction details prepared as per the site conditions and shall be duly signed and vetted by a registered engineer.The entire work shall be executed complete in all respects on a lumpsum basis.
