Name of Work:- Engagement of Field Supervisor for through Supervising the maintenance and monitoring the maintenance work and schemetic Plumber activities for smooth operation of water supply system rising main system within the entire AA-I ,AA-II and AA_III and Salt Lake also by moving around the area with a Motor Cycle and maintain a complain/feedback register time to time and at the same time they will maintain liaison through mobile phone with the concerned Official/Mtc.Agency under New Town Kolkata Water Supply Division-I under PHE Dte. from 01.04.2026 to 30.09.2026 (06 months ) (Sl No. 01)

Providing expert personnel H.S.qualified Smart Field Supervisor with knowledge of Basic computer operation and valid two wheeler driving license for survillence,uploading and updating the grievence portal/grivience redressal system relating to water supply system for NTK project under P.H.Engineering Dte.( 3 persons x 183 days)= 549 daysNotes ;-i) The normal working hours shall consists of Eight and Half hours including interval for half an hour of rest.ii)The contractor has to pay daily wages @ Rs. 498.00 per man dayiii) The contractor has to pay the Bonus @ 8.33 % on the basic wage @Rs. 498.00iv) Payment to be made for EPF & ESI as applicable.

Supply of Petrol & Mobil oil for Motor cycle plying for survillence work related to water supply system of contracttually engaged Smart Supervisor at different locations of the command area within NTK project of at New Town Kolkata-700163( 156 days x avg.40 Km/day x 3 three bike =43800 km. )Note:-Measurement as per log sheet approved by the E.I.C.for reimbursement.No tender stipulation should be imposed
