Clearing Jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of grith upto 30 cm girth 1 meter above ground and removal of measured at a height of rubbish upto a distance of 20 mtr outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Laying, butt welding and testing of ISI marked steel tubes plain ended in trenches of following dia as per IS 1239-2001, including jointing the pipes with butt welding at both the ends according to relevant BIS standards/approved specifications including manufacturing reducers/tapers, all short pices and bends as per site requirement and made from parent tubes ( to be measurer and paid alongwith pipes. Bends shall be manufactured in such a way that not more than 111/4 degree deflection is caused by a single cut and internal dia is not reduced including hydraulic testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The damaged portion of galvanization due welding shall be provided with anticorrosive treatment by providing two coats of bituminous paint over priming coat as per AWWA specification C-203-1978. (Earth work to be measure & paid for separately).

Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Providing, welding and fixing M.S. plate flanges of various dia (nominal bore) of following Flange Tables confirming to IS 6392-1971 or latest with up to date ammendments to ERW after 100 mtr. pipe or as per site requirement including cutting of of pipes wherever required, welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specifications as prescribed in relvent I.S. Code i.e. IS 816-1969 with electrode as per IS: 814-1991 or latest as applicable with up to date ammendments with nuts, bolts & washers & specials etc. confirming to IS-1963 or latest with up to date ammendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorosive paints complete in all respect in all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
