Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m ( one point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm (ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts for all kinds of soil including chiseling of hard rocks where blasting is prohibited including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand : ten graded stone aggregate) 40mm ( forty millimetre) nominal size graded stone aggregate in retaining wall, breast wall, walls of any thickness and like structures including the cost of centering and shuttering including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Single socketed pipes 110mm ( one hundred ten millimetre) dia of Supreme/Fenolax/ Vectus make on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm ( ten millimetre) gap for thermal expansion complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
