| 1 | Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant for Zone-1 of 0.700 MLD capacity based on MBBR technology and tertiary treatment of naturel treatment system and MMF, including evolving of hydraulic and structural designs and drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre and suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg /litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN /100 ml) <100, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH4 - Ns 5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber, Screening Channel with cleaning arrangement, Grit channels and distribution box. Anoxic reactor of required volvume, moving bed biofilm reactor of required volume with retrievable type diffusers. Tube settler of required capacity, constructed wet land, sludg drying beds, multimedia filter, chlorine contact tank with required arrangement Interconnectivity pipe of STP and Effluent Pipe, Providing and fixing fencing panel around the STP yard, Providing and fixing steel gate, Construction of interconnecting path, Construction of railing construction of plant building plinth area 80.50 sqm i/e chowkidar room and pump house 36 sqm, Electro Mechanic Equipment’s 1 Nos of DG set for full load capacity. Plant building including establishing NABL certified laboratory as per CPHEEO manual of Sewerage and sewage treatment and installation of all mechanical and electrical equipments as per chapter . Providing and fixing of yard lighting around STP, It also include site development for all civil structures complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. After successfully commissioning of STP Operation, maintenance of STP shall be carried out free of cost by contractor for 90 days to achieve above mentioned effluent standards.
