| 1 | Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work,jumper work, blasting work in hard & soft rock and chiesaling work including slushy soil & under flooring water up to all excavated soil up to any lead & lifts from the edge of excavation and then depth and stacking the returning the stacked soil in 15 CM ( fifteen centimetres) layer's when required in to plinth sides of foundation etc. Consolidation each diposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all lead of 20 meters in Chiselling /wedging out of rock complete in all respect in trench weir, sump well, anchor blocks, presedimentation tank steel bridge, check dam, site development works etc.within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges. |
| 2 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( One cement : three sand: six graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges. |
| 3 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1. 5 : 3 ( One cement : one & half sand: three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-Foundation ,footing bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges. |
| 4 | In walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string cources etc. from top of foundationlevel up to floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges. |
| 5 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below floor to ceiling not exceeding four metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 milimetres in thickness including all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge. |
| 6 | Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. |
| 7 | Providing mild / tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge. |
