Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1:cement :4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal sixe) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts, as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 mix. ( 1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in (a) Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Suspended floor,roofs,landing and shelves and tdheir support Balconies,Beams,girders,bressumers and contilevers upto floor two level as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :- In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel (reinforcement for RCC work) including bending,binding and placing in positioncomplete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Labour Rateb Steel will be issued free of cost.)

Providing & Fixing pre cast SFRC Manhole cover having size of 560mm internal dia (Medium Duty) with all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
