Painting includes the application of High Build, Low VOC surface tolerant epoxy mastic coating cured with mannich curing agent as primmer with a minimum film thickness of 1 x 150 microns, intermediate coat with Low VOC, epoxy high build underwater coating which can cure even in under water conditions; having excellent resistance to, water and chemical environments meant for immersion condition; volume solids minimum 83 %; with a minimum film thickness of 1 x 200 microns and finishing coat same as intermediate coat with a minimum film thickness of 1 x 200 microns. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, testing of painting materials, hire of tools and plant (T&P), all incidental charges, and complete as directed by the departmental officers at the site. |
