Repairing the pothole/defect area up to a depth of 50mm using Infrared Pothole/road repair machine No.1 by heating the defect area using Infrared heating machine/heater to soften the defect area up to required thickness, recycling the existing asphalt by rejuvenating the softened material with rapid setting emulsion RS-1 @ 1.8 Ltr per SQM of area and adding fresh bituminous mix of the same grade to cover the pothole, heating the whole mix up to a suitable temperature, Scarifying/spreading the mix to the road surface evenly and compacting vibratory plate compactor having 1.5T on compaction capacity for a seamless finish with the existing road level surface complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
