Providing and replacing of kirloskar make new HSC Bare shaft pump model UP 80/38 of standard fitted construction coupled directly through a set of flexible coupling (tyre type) on a common fabricated MS base frame , replace the tapers and flanges of required size including dismantling of existing pump, installation of new pump with new base frame, coupling, labour charges cartage, Nut Bolt/Fasteners and commisioning etc. complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and replacing of 40 HP squirrel-cage horizontal electric induction motor operated on 3 phase , 415+/- 10% volts, AC supply with ambient 50+/- 5% cycles AC supply at 4P/1500 RPM totally enclosed fan cooled squirel casge enclosure confirming to protection IP 55% Horizontal foot mounted ,class F insulation with temperature rise to class B including dismantling and removing existing motor and fixing the new induction motor on the same base-plate , making proper alignment with the centrifugal pump , fixing new flexible tyre and coupling,making connection, providing nuts & bolts, thimbles etc. complete (if any) including testing, commissioning complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing B C H/L& T make Air Break Push Button operated fully automatic citation star-delta starter (Cat. No. NASACT2LEEM) comprising of three Nos. citation E contactors (70 Amps), one No. over load relay (Relay range: 37.60 - 60.00Amps), and one No. pneumatic timer suitable for operation on 400/ 440 volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz A C supply in sheet steel enclosure including providing and fixing required copper thimbles, making electrical and earth connections, also mounting the starter on existing M.S frame including testing and commissioning etc. complete as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
