Prime coat over WMM/WBM: Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading-I: Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. Grading I (37.5 mm nominal size)

Tack Coat on Bituminous Surfaces: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 3 cum of stone chippings 10mm nominal size per 100 sqm and bitumen emulsion (medium settingmin. 65% bitumen contents) complying with IS : 8887, using 96 kgper cum of chippings of road surface, including consolidation withroad roller etc complete.

Providing and laying seal coat over prepared surface of road withbitumen heated in bitumen boiler fitted with the spray set sprayingusing 98 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 and blinding surface with0.90 cum of stone aggregate of 6.7 mm size (Passing 11.2 mmsieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve) per 100 sqm of road surface,including rolling and finishing with power road roller all complete.Note: Seal coat items to be operated only with the prior approval ofchief Engineer concerned.
