| 1 | AMC for 2 nos. LPG Based Cremation Machines for 2 years installed at Cremation Ground,Sector-25, Chandigarh. In AMC the firm shall do preventive maintenance and repair in case of breakdown. The service must be carried out weekly and the complaint call must be attended by the firm in addition to general maintenance within two hours from the time of such calls. During maintenance period the firm is fully responsible for cleaning/dusting of complete system and to keep the system in working condition all time including cost of replacement of defective components. The price includes cost of all the petty material required to complete the job. The work shall be done to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | AMC of two no of cremation machines for first year complete in all respects including the cost of T&P, consumables etc as per below system:- |
| 3 | Electrical Switchgear in Control Panel including power cables, contactors, TPN, DP, Relays, indicators, ammeter,voltmeter and control wiring. Monthly cleaning to be done with blower. |
| 4 | Fresh Air Injection System including forced draft fan impeller, 5hp motor, mild steel ducts, butterfly valves with required belt pulley arrangement-2 nos. Cleaning to be done at least once in a year and as and when required. |
| 5 | Italian Dual Block Gas burners with thermocouple heat sensors-4 Nos. Cleaning to be done at least once in a year and as and when required. |
| 6 | Furnace electrically/manually operated charge door opening and closing system including its motors, wire ropes, bearing counter weight etc-2 Nos. Servicing, greasing etc. to be done atleast twice in a year and as and when required. |
| 7 | Door guides, slide rails set and steel duct for flue exhaust path furnace bottom to pollution control unit-2 nos. Cleaning to be done at least once in a year and as and when if required. |
| 8 | Primary and secondary combustion chamber including floor refractory fire bricks, glass wool lining, body resting steel bars-2 nos. Replacing steel bars and chamber floor bricks as and when required. |
| 9 | Body charging trolleys including fire bricks bed, bearings and wheels etc, gas pipe line- replacing the parts as and when if required. |
| 10 | Pollution control system including ID fan, its 10hp motor, wet scrubber tank, water pump of 3hp and dampers etc.- 2 nos- Cleaning to be done at least once in a year and as and when if required and painting with high temperature paint once in 3 years. Chimney of 30 mtr length, foundation bolts, MS ladder and aviation light to remain functional all the time at night throughout the year- Painting of chimney system with high temperature paint once in 2 years |
