| 12 | Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Outdoor Feeder Panel, floor/wall mounted, fabricated from marine-grade stainless steel SS 316, suitable for beach/coastal environment, corrosion resistant, dust-tight, vermin-proof, and weatherproof. The panel enclosure shall have minimum IP65 protection as per IEC 60529 and shall be designed and manufactured in accordance with IS 8623 / IEC 61439.The enclosure shall be of minimum 2.0 mm thick SS 316 sheet steel, with continuously welded construction, brushed/satin or electro-polished finish suitable for marine conditions, complete with neoprene/EPDM gaskets, stainless steel hinges, bolts, and pad-lockable locking arrangement. The panel shall be provided with bottom cable entry and 2.0 mm thick removable gland plate, along with suitable SS / nickel-plated brass cable glands for outdoor use.The panel shall be complete with tinned copper busbars suitable for marine environment, rated for 300 A continuous current and 36 kA short-circuit withstand for 1 second, with adequate supports and insulation. Separate tinned copper neutral busbar (100% rated) and tinned copper earth busbar shall be provided.
