Material and Labour for preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing excess mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc

Applying evenly a priming / tack coat of paving bitumen at the rate of 10 kg per 10 sqm of road surface

Material and Labour for premixed bituminous macadam laid, rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and compacted to required gradient and camber, (consolidated thickness upto 75mm or less) using paving bitumen any penetration @ 4% of weight of road metal, grading-2 (63mm to 40mm) in existing sunken portion of the road surface including sweeping from dust or mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road etc cutting edges complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using hot mix plant and spreading with machenical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient and for uniform smooth surface by using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity completed all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) Material for SDAC shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.(b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab.(c) The premix carpet shall be laid with mechanical mixer as specified in clause 20A27 of MES SSR Part-I the spreading of premix carpet shall be done by mechanical sensor only.

Material and Labour for providing and making broken/continuous central/end line on the road pavement and the like of description and width using thermoplastic paint with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement up to 160°C complete all as specified and directed. Note: The painted surface shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath. If necessary, the surface shall be re-painted until the desired result is obtained.

Supplying and fixing ROAD STUD yellow colour 110X120X24mm ABS plastic dynamically design having high impact strength, high density and fixed with nails and adhesive of size (Model No DA 972 of Dark Eye or equivalent of Makes specified in Appx 'A') complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repair solar stud size 125 x 125 x25 mm made from alunimium ally and PC construction solar powered by monecrystal solar panel.
