Material and labour for Cleaning of Raw sewage sump of any size and depth/ Stilting Chamber by opening sewage transfer pipes/ Clarisetter with rotating blades/ aerator section/mixing chamber/treated water tank located at sewage treatment plant with sewage collection machine and dewatering the balance sludge with man power and T&P (Tools and plants) such as pump set for De-watering, tripod, chain pully, rope, steel bucket, phawara etc all required for completion of Job for cleaning upto bottom of the sump/ tank/ chamber/ section etc and taking out all clay/sludge/mud/stone pieces and other material deposited in the sewage sump/ chamber/ tank/ section during course of time and removing deposited material to a distance from 50 mtr of the site including cleaning and greasing, painting of all motors inside the sump at 1 MLD STP Bambolim camp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: All dewatering pumps accessories includes in Item rate, During the process of cleaning sewage vechile to be provided by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning of raw sewage sumps/ wells of any size and depth in any location at Bambolim Mil camp by using sewage collection machine including dewatering and removing the balance sludge with man power and by using necessary T&P required at site such as pump set for De-watering, tripod, chain pully, rope, steel bucket, phawara etc for completion of Job for cleaning upto bottom of the well and taking out all clay/sludge/mud/stone pieces and other material deposited in the sewage well during course of time and removing deposited material to a distance from 50 mtr the site of well including cleaning and greasing, painting of all submersible pumps &moter inside complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for scrapping/cleaning of outer surfaces of Air Blower/ Treated water pumps/ pressure feed pumps/ clarisetter motor/ gear set and other motors and spray painting with two coats of best qualitiy sythetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer(colour as per approval of Engr-in-Charge) complete including writing of MES No complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying painting with one Coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour on centrifugal pump set of capacity from 20 HP to 60 HP including inlet, outlet mains, coupling, sluice valve, non-return valve, base plate, pulley with safe guard, vacuum pipe line, starter panel board and writing the MES/ SM number with black paint of suitable size of letters including complete removal of existing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.Note: Painting of suction line, pump & motor, sluice valve, NRV and delivery line inside the pump house shall be treated as one Job Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
