4	Design and Build Type-II Married Accomodation with RCC frame structure upto (Stilt+5) storeys complete all as specified and as shown on Architectural drawings.
5	Design and Build RCC UG Sump 3.00 Metre Dia for storage of ltr capacity 21208.50 complete all specified and directed as per DBR and approved drawings.
6	Design and Build RCC UG Sump 4.5 Metre Dia for fire fighting of ltr capacity 50000.00 complete all specified and directed as per DBR and approved drawings.
7	Design and Build 100% FRP based modular and package type sewage treatment plant, Capacity-100000 Ltr specially designed for underground applications with tertiary treatment complete all specified and directed as per DBR and approved drawings.
8	Design and Build 100% FRP based modular and package type sewage treatment plant,Capacity-45000 Ltr specially designed for underground applications with tertiary treatment Note for item 6.00 & 7.00:- i) STP shall be designed and constructed as per DBR and approved drawings.ii) Manning and operation of STP plant 100 KLD capacity consisting of two shifts including Sundays and holidays & Manning and operation of STP plant 45 KLD capacity consisting of two shifts including Sundays and holidays for two year from date of completetion including minor repair of all connected electrical & Sewage Pumps items such as main switch, starter, change over switch, MCCB, voltmeter, ammeter, panel board, etc., Sewage water pump, valve system, controlling system, daily checking, leakage, checking noise, cleaning of plant and its sorrounding area etc, by one FGM (skilled) per shift for 02 shifts in a day all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Shift DetailsTRADEMAN: 01 FGM x 02 shift per day =02 FGM per day (iii) Comprehensive maintenance of plant including replacement of any defective/wornout parts are covered under defect liability period of two years.
9	Schedule 'A' Section-II to Section-XVI as under Serial No. 2.01 to 2.15 are prepriced by MES.
10	Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor for “SITE CLEARANCE, EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORK” as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Section-II.
11	Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor for “DEMOLITION” as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Section-III.
12	Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor for “INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY” as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Section-IV.
