Servicing & Overhauling of 132KV SF-6 Gas Circuit Breakers installed at following substations under ETD-I, Lucknow. The work includes opening of charging Motor assembly, opening & closing coil assembly, holding latch, anti-pumping assembly, D-rusting & Greasing of all these parts, opening of charging rachet and adjustment of all gaps. Replacement of all O-rings of Gas pin assembly and of all the mechanism. Checking of Motor limit Switch, Auxiliary Contactors, Power contactors etc. Retightening of all these connections. Checking & Rectification of S.F.-6 Gas leakage and Dew Point Measurement of S.F.-6 Gas, Checking satisfactory operation of breakers for local and remote and recording tripping & closing timings by digital timer, Measurement of Contact Resistance of all the Poles using Contact Resistance Meter.
