| 1 | Taking up / down water heater (Geyser) of capacity 50/35/25 ltrs operating on 230 volts AC electric supply, in any position and of any make, after disconnecting all electric connection and hot and cold water connection, and including transportation to the contractor's workshop for repair and vice-versa after repairing, general cleaning/overhauling, cleaning and discaling the tank and assembly with suitable detergent and making fully serviceable and fixing back in same location / position or new location complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Repairing of any parts except the work mentioned in item will be measured and paid seperately under supply only items. (b) Replacement of any un serviceable parts required for making the geyser serviceable will be measured and paid seperatelly under \\"supply only\\" No extra payment will be allowed for replacing these items, as the same is deemed to be included in relevant item. |

(c) Painting of staging, solar panel frame, hot water tank frame with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description (d) All other materials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. |
