Cloth masking on either side of stage, Stage design as per available space for logos of Sponsors and flex of Kapilvastu Mahotsav including stage floor carpeting, two way steps with railing on both sides of stage, furnishing as per approved design and as per directions and satisfaction of Secratary Mahotsav Samiti including transportation, loading, unloading, dismantling etc complete in all respect. |
| 2 | Supply on rent & erection of German Hanger enclouser of about 30 m clear span X 30 m length size of Side Height of 4.5 Mtrs, Center height of 10.5 Mtrs & Covering with White PVC coated Fabric Fire Retardant and water proof including its transportation, loading, unloading, erection, dismantling, all labour, material, T&P etc complete for covering of public sitting area. It is mandatory to keep 30 m clear span i.e. without any central support / prop. |

| 8 | Supplying and erecting Temporary Water & fire proof Green room with complete carpeting (of about 5 m X 5 m size) with User sign board with air conditioning / blowers, dressing table with full size mirrors, hooks & hangers for cloths, new hand towels, one microwave oven with catering facility of Orange & apple juice, fruits (bananas, oranges & grapes), sandwitches veg, Indian snacks (hot), chips, chocolates, Mineral water, Tea, Coffee, Soft Drinks etc as per requirement and approved design and as per directions and satisfaction of SecrataryMahotsav Samiti for 5 days. |
