| 1 | Provision of complete consultancy services ( as listed below in Item No 1.00 to 1.40) as per relevent IS code practice and standard Engineering Norms and practices complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Preparation, submission and finalization of Complete conceptual plans, Architectural Drawings (Site plans, Plans of all Buildings, all side elevations, Cut Sections, Various sections through Stairs, Critical sections, detailings showing internal fixtures, cupboards, kitchen details, toilet details, elevation feature details, Schedule of Finishes, Arch TD Drawings (in appropriate scales) in REVIT/AutoCad for Following Buildings, While preparing drawings the consultant shall adhere to scales of Accomodation , Scales of Furniture for built in furniture, Zonal specifications, IS Codes, NBC Codes, GRIHA rating system (for 3 Star rating) , Local Bye laws, BPs and AE-II of the subject work. All these documents can be obtained from the office of HQ CE 31 Zone on any working Day. In case of any discrepancy beteween these documents the decision of accepting officer will be obtained before finalizing the drawings. The above mentioned drawing shall be prepared in consultation/supervision of Architects of HQ CE 31 Zone (E-6 Section ) ,( E-2(Plg) Officers for Sch of Finishes ) and will have to approved by Accepting Officer before Finalization.Provn of Adm Block including parking space (G+2)--Total plinth Area -2417.36 SqmNote:-(i) Out of above buildings ,the building for Provn of adm block incl parking space (G+2) shall be completely GRIHA COMPLIANT and shall include all the components, fittings and finishes to make the same completely compliant for GRIHA-3 Star Rating. Rest of the buildings are not to be Griha Compliant provided the overall Griha compliance of the Provn of adm block incl parking space (G+2) building is not effected by the same.(ii) The Consultant before starting prepration of drawings shall submit detailed report in PPT form ,explaining methodology to be used to achieve GRIHA 3 star rating , based on all the documents mentioned in Para (a) above and considering the availaibility of local construction material and techniques used in zone including design and construction methodology to be adopted.(iii) The consultant Shall be liable to carry out any amendments/modification/revision/additions/alterations in drawings as propposed by Accepting officer before finalization of the drawings. |
| 2 | (b) Preparation, submission and finalization of Complete structural design and drawings for following buildings based on the architectural drawings prepared and approved vide Item No 1 above, While preparing drawings the consultant shall adhere to design parameters given in Tender documents, scales of Accomodation , Scales of Furniture for built in furniture, Zonal specifications, IS Codes, NBC Codes, GRIHA rating system (for 3 Star rating) , Local Bye laws and BPs and AE-II of the subject work. All these documents can be obtained from the office of HQ CE 31 Zone on any working Day. | 3 | (c) Prepration, submission and finalization of, Complete Mechanical, Electrical and B/R sevices drawings ( based on the architectural drawings prepared and approved vide Item No 1 above) (Site plan, Plans of all the buildings, multiple floor plans with details showing internal electric supply, external electric supply, external water supply , lighting plan and fixing site for panels and Hot Water supply, Area drainage plan, Road, Path/Culvert, Sewage Disposal Plan Sewage pipe line is to be connected with Septic Tanks/Soakage pits , (in appropriate scales) in REVIT/AutoCad for Following Buildings. While preparing drawings the consultant ahall adhere to scales of Accomodation , Scales of Furniture for built in furniture , Zonal specifications, IS Codes, NBC Codes, GRIHA rating system (for 3 Star rating) , ECBC norms, Local Bye laws and BPs and AE-II of the subject work.
