Fixed Charges Rate in Rs. For free Run of 100 KM/Day:-Rate should be quoted for free run of 100 kM per day

Variable Charges in Rs. /KM for extra run beyond free 100 Km per day:-'Additional running per KM beyond 100kM with the same terms & conditions indicated at S.No.1 of BOQ. It is to mentioned here that the vehicle may run for average 220 KMs /day towards extra run. This average 220 KMs /day extra run is estimated and tentative, it may vary either on higher side or lower side and the payment shall be made for actual extra run as per Bid specification.
