| 1 | M&L for servicing to indoor/outdoor type APFC Panal/ LT feeder panels (any type) opening up all cubical doors, cleaning with air blower, removing the burnt out unserviceable instruments, copper wiring kit, and burnt out unserviceable extented copper terminals/ copper cable and replacing with new copper extented terminal bus bar with suitable size along with required nut bolt, washers, and replacing the measuring instruments like Ammeter with existing size of the CT, Volt meter, indicating lamps of LED type 'R Y B' cleaning with CTC to serviceable parts like MCCB's, all terminals, replacement of damaged aluminum lugs any description of LT U/G cables in coming and out going, replacement of deterioated copper wiring with suitable copper conductor with circuit indicator replacement of sheared rubber beadings to door of panels, including preparing the existing surface for spray painting to powder coated surface with two coat of synthetic enameled paint of approved colour, marking of incoming and out going feeder with fluorecent stickers incl preparation of the surface of panel complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- [i] The rates are deemed included for cleaning with CTC oil and terminating of LT U/G cable any description and wiring kits with suitable copper conductor along with connector, painting,and marking with Incoming & Outgoings details of the panels with fluorescent strickers and necessary bolt, nut and washers etc. [ii] The spares are like Aluminum lugs, sheared rubber gasket of panel doors, indicator lamp, volt meter, Amps meter with required sizes of CT, and selector switch, shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant items of this schedule as supply only. |

| 14 | Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode (600x600x6.3)mm thick , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earthing lead by means of nut, bolts and washers, steel pipe of 25mm bore light grade for protection of earth lead with PCC chamber (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire mesh, 50mm thick cover RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 graded aggregate reinforcement with 8mm dia MS bar at 80mm centre to centre both way and incl charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part-I as specified incl necessary excavation and earth work and connecting the earth to earth test point including testing complete including dismantling old one complete. |
| 15 | Labour only for cleaning of bushes, tree branches inside the periphery of sub stations and clearance of bushes , trees in nascent stage around the sub station and sorrounding of LT panels/feeder pillar and two/four pole structure. Complete all as specified and as directed . |
