Note :The unit rate quoted by the tenderer under Col No (13) of Sch `A’ (BOQ) unless specifically mentioned otherwise such as labour only/fixing only, for all items of works shall be deemed to be including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, testing and commissioning of work in position complete as required for entire completion of work.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for the area where unservicable bricks retrived and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrived from demolition of this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks under item No.3.00 below.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan in any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement sand mortar 1:4 in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for the area where unservicable bricks retrived and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrived from demolition of this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks under item No.3.00 below.
