| 2 | Supply & Install testing and commisioning of 11 KV Ring Main unit (RMU) with one incoming and two outgoing with following specification :-Factory made and tested 11 KV RMU compact, metal-enclosed out foroor type rated for 11 KV system (50 Hz) compring of 01- Incoming - Vacum circuit breaker (VCB) unit.02 - Outgoing - Two Nos with load break switch (LBS) for feeders/Transformer connection.Single bus arrangement with earthing switch and provision for current transformers (CTs) and metering protection.* Rated Voltage - 11 KV (Phase to Phase) * Rated frequency 50 Hz. * Rated normal current - 630 A. * Rated short time with stand current (ICW) - 20 KA for 1 second.* Rated breaking current of VCB - as per IEC - 6227/-100. * RMU and its components shall comply with minimum.(a) Meal enclosed switch gear and controlger RMU assemblies IEC-62271-200.(b) IEC-60265-Load break switches/Disconnections earthing switchs.(c) IEC 60529-Enclosese protection (for type test and internal are test).(d) IEC-62271-100 for high voltage circuit breaker (VCB per formanced test) |

| 5 | Supply and laying cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade for outdoor termination end heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured AI conductor cable of size 50 to 95 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32X6mm by means of bolts nuts check-nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES schedule Part-I connecting to earthing test point and testing on completion with including 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 20mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm thick dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6mm dia MS bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, earthing lead from earth plate to eqipment to point (up to 7.5M long) common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed. |
