| 1 | Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable LT panel of any type and shape after breaking of PCC foundation/platform and taking away from exisiting location after necessary disconnection of all out going and incomming cable joints, earth strips and making the surface smooth etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Supply,installation,testing,commissioning of factory made and tested, CPRI approved LT Panel, in door type, wall mounted of size 1700x400x1200 mm (LxWxH) suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system having bus bar chamber with duly insulated electrolytic copper bus bar of capacity 400 amps rating insulated on DMC insulators with busbar chamber.The Panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP 42 class protection and made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, front opening type with approns for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable gland , internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conduction FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqm. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrossive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of siemens grey RAL-7035 Shade complete all as specified and directed. The scope of work also comprising of the following:-(a) MCCB 250A, 4 pole,adjustable thermal magnetic type,415volts ,25 KA=01 No (for incoming) (b) MCB SPN 63 Amps 240 volts, 10KA, C series -13 Nos (Out going) (c) Insulated Copper Bus bar 400 Amp TPN, copper conductor, with color coded heat shrinkable sleave and shall be mounted on non hygroscopic, non combbustible, track resist, high strenth DMC material. interconnection of all incomming & out goings =1 set of four(d) Voltmeter Digital 0-500 volts with integrated selector switch and PTS - 01 No(e) Ammeter Digital 0-400 Amps with integrated selector switch and CTS - 01 No (f) Set of indicating lamp(RYB) LED type -01 Note :- (i) The single phase prepaid KWh energy meter retreaved from existing LT panel must be fitted in the provisional space for prepaid meter in the new LT Panel - 011 nos (ii) Time duration for replacement of LT Panel should not be more than 4 Hours. (iii) All out going feeder should be marked with quarter number. (iv) Testing certificate must be provided before installation (v) Rate quated are deemed to inclusive of all the fixture / fitting cater above. |
| 3 | M&L for disconnecting all the cable connection from indoor LT Panel and servicing to Panel board of any size, opening up all cubical doors, cleaning with air blower, removing the burnt out unserviceable copper wiring kit and burn out unserviceable extended copper terminals/copper cable and replacing terminal with suitable size along with required nut bolt, washers and cleaning with air blower to serviceable parts like MCCB's, all terminals, replacement of damaged aluminium/copper lugs any discription of LT UG cable/ copper wire incomming and out going, welding of broken door with suitable hinges, replacement of defective copper wiring with suitable copper conductor with circuit indiator replacement of defective rubber beading,writing various feeder complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | Material and labor for demolished the old floor and scrabing the wall surface, Removing the dust and waste material from site and making the good/smooth suface of floor/wall of LT panels Room by concreate and cement work (Hard standing and Plaster ) and applying two coat paint as per direction with white colour complete all as directed. NOTE :- (I) Contractor is advised to visit the site before quoting the rates. |

| 6 | M&L for fixing/ installation of Anti Corrosion with Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) wire mesh Type cable tray of size 300 x 50 mm with 4-6 mm thick dia including all connecting accessories for fixing/installation in the wall, hang from the roof by using the joints plates, coupler, fast lock, fast fix splicer, strengtheng bar (SBR), corner strength Bar, Hanging Bracket, Tray holder, hanging hooks, hold down coupler, central hold down clip etc, for cable management, feataring open design, for cooling, dust, resistence and easy adaptation for low voltage/data cables, supporting diffrent load capacities with specific support spans and standered like NEMA VE 1, GB/T 33630-217, and size of mesh grid 50x100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. This work alos incluudes the following tasks which are considered part of the same project, which are as follows:- (i) The existing XLPE or PVC insulated cables will be excavated from the trench or wall , and the cable will be routed through a wire mesh cable tray, which will be properly laid and suspended from the roof or fixed to the wall. The cable will be run inside a conduit, and the conduit will be fitted into the wire mesh, all the rate of cable and conduit are included in this work. (ii) If some runing meter cable has to be added to the cable while connecting it to the LT Panel , then that will also be added in this job, the cable has to be connected properly using lugs/ cable joints etc. This cable can be of diffrent types and size of XLPE / PVC insulated copper FRLS cable etc, cable connection accessories will also be installed accordingly. NOTE :- (I) All the work mentioned above and all the rate for these above points will be considered as Runing meter for this job. (II) Contractor is advised to visit the site before quoting the rates. |
