Name of Work:- Day to day Survey work using Total Station & Auto level instruments and other moderate instruments, machinery alongwith Surveyor and Surveyor Assistant, Tools and Plants & machinery all complete for providing PHE Services at Action Area-I,II & III under New Town Kolkata Water Supply Division-I under PHE Dte. from 01.04.2026 to 30.09.2026 (06 months) (Sl No. 02)

i) Charges of Survey work with supply of One no. Total station & Surveyor personnal and Surveyor Assistant ,hire charges of the instrument, necessary tools & tackles and all other incidental charges for layout and setting out points for different water supply distribution system and any other works as per requirement including supplying fixing wooden peg for each point under New Town Kolkata Water Supply Project. One computer operator with the knowledge of Auto CAD to be provided for making drawings of survey and other works. After each work one completion drawing should be submitted, both in hard and soft copy to the E.I.C. or his authorised representative. The work should be taken up as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.ii) Charges of Survey work with One no. Auto level instrument, along with necessary Surveyor personnal and Surveyor Assistant , hire charges of the instrument, necessary tools & tackles and all other incidental charges for assessing and checking required levels as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge before and after execution of work under New Town Kolkata Water Supply Project. After each work one completion drawing should be submitted, both in hard and soft copy to the E.I.C. or his authorised representative. The work should be taken up as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.iii) One vehicle in good condition to be provided to conduct the survey work exclusively for carrying man and survey instrument for each day of survey including fuel charges, and salary of driver and any maintanance work of Vechicle to be born by the agency at his own cost.

Provisional amount necessary to be paid if any enhancement of rate, order by the Govt. during the maintenance period.
