| 2 | Thorough dismantling of motor which involves disconnection of LT cables from motor terminals, space heater terminals etc decoupling the motor from pump, seperation of bush/ roller bearings from both the DE and NDE displacement of motor from sole plate, seperation or rotor from stator after necessary measurment and demarcation and placing at the working floor by using the departmantal overhead crnes etc. complete carefully as per direction of EIC. Properly cleaning of dust and dirt by compressed air and brush from winding of stator & rotor and subsequint heating and cleaning by CTC detergent of rotor. Other components should be thoroughly cleaned and checked |
| 3 | Checking , testing & inspection of the motor with the proper instrument & accessorries for finding the fault in presence of EIC |
| 4 | Entire core & winding assembly to be cleaned washed & dressed by proper way using CTC detergent. A light coat varnish to be applied on the rotor core after complete dressing and proper baking. & Thorough cleaning the panel including bus-bar and other accessories by the petrol / CTC etc, in usual method and tightning all nuts & bolts , re-insulation the bus-bar in proper way and as per direction of EIC. Entire rotor core & winding assembly to be baked and varnished by using Dr. Beck's makes varnish. Thereafter, final coating of varnish to be applied for anti-coated moisture protecting tropical paint (Dr. Beck's paint). |
| 5 | Trueness and ecccentricity checking of the Rotor assembly and dynamic balance of the complete assembly at rated speed by adding or removing the unbalanced mass at a reputed work shop & complete in all respect with proper care & causion as per direction of EIC. |
| 6 | Complete dismantling the slip-ring unit including carbon holder, carbon, slip-ring holder attachment as per direction of E-I-C. Supply of carbon brush holder for 415 V slipring induction motor. (set) |
| 7 | Supply , fitting & fixing of carbon brush with pig tail (grade M16E) as per required size & shape of existing for the 415 V rated motor and complete in all respect as per direction of EIC. |
| 8 | Damaged of slipring & 2 nos slipring leads including 2 nos studs are to be replaced with new ones and insulated properly. Finishing the end of 2 nos flexible copper cable(50 sqmm) by crimping method including supply & fixing dowels solder less copper sockets, tapes, jointing materials (1 SET) |
| 9 | Damage stator lead are to be replaced with new leads and insulation to be done properly including supplying & fixing of copper socket of existing specification& After completion, laminated wedges to be inserted in the slot portion. Overhang to be properly braced. |
| 10 | DE & NDE bearing housing to be metalised by usual method & finishing the surface by grinding to fit bearing porperly |
| 11 | To & from transportation of motor from work site to the repairer / servicer work shop and vice-versa including loading and unloading with proper care & as per direction of EIC. |
| 12 | Assembling the 415 V rated Motor and placing the assembled motor on the sole plate, tightening the foundation bolts, fixing the dowells pins & allignment of the Rotor shaft with the pump, bearing matching of the motor of both DE & NDE etc & connection of LT cables with motor terminals, connection of space heater with LT supply, earthing terminals etc complete as per directionm of EIC |
| 13 | Following test to be carried out of motor by the party in presence of EIC i) Resistance test ii) Inductance test ii) Polaraty test iii) I.;R. test & iv) H.V. test. Commissioning the 415 rated Motor and do needful for observation of the one day trail run to achieve the satisfactory operation of the Motor with load & complete in all respect with proper care & caution as per direction of EIC.
