Demobilization Charges Note: 1. Bidders must submit a single price schedule containing rates of all the vessels offered/ quoted by them. Bidder to indicate name of all the offered/quoted vessels in Appendix-17 (Vessels offered) in un-priced bid. Bidders to quote same Lumpsum day rate, Mob. Charges, De-mob. Charges for each offered vessel under respective categories so as to arrive at the same Evaluated Day Rate for all the offered/quoted vessels in a category. 2. The lumpsum day rate should be inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, etc. including personal taxes and corporate taxes for the full scope of work except GST which should be quoted separately as provided. 3. Evaluation of Prices of the bidder shall be carried out as per the Bid Evaluation Criteria and terms & conditions of tender document. 4. The bidder must avail eligible credit of tax/ duty paid on input services /capital goods/ Inputs and benefit of credit should be passed on to ONGC by way of quoting rate net of credit. 5. Mobilization Charge: The maximum limit of mobilization charges shall be 1% of the contract value. Bidder to note the condition as mentioned at Clause No. B.2.8.0 of BEC. All bidders to submit undertaking as per format at Appendix-15. 6. Vessels to be offered on firm availability basis only and bidder will not be asked to confirm availability one day prior to price bid opening. 7. Bidders should quote firm prices in Indian rupee only. Prices quoted in any other currency shall not be considered. The payment shall be made as per actual and shall be governed by relevant provision of the contract. Bidder has quoted Percentage of Mobilization charge over Contract Value as follows: (Should be less than or equal to 1%)
