| 1 | Supply of all materials & manpower in three shifts for smooth and continuous running, operation & maintenance of existing 2.00 MLD sewage treatment plant (STP) with supply of adequate number of appropriate experienced man power in three shifts as operators and maintenance crew with proper tools including providing benefits of EPF,ESI and other miscellaneous provisions, PPE and wage hike from time to time fixed by the Ministry of Labour, Govt. Of India, including testing in the plant laboratory as per IS 3025 (pH,CoD,BoD,TDS,TSSand MLSS etc.) as per frequency (IES) indicated in the scope of work with maintaining all records ,attending to periodic/ preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of all type of breakdown to all the assets of treatment units like Pumps, gear boxes, difusers,bridge, air blowers, Submersible pumps, clarifier assemblies, hand rails, membrance,bar screen,pipes,valves, filter beds, sludge handling, CONTACTOR,CIRCUIT BREAKERS,RELAY,PUSH BUTTON,WIRING ,illumination like halogen/LED lights ,Tube lights, fans etc but excluding cost of O& M of transformer ,including deployment of Engineering personnel, to ensure an efficient, effective operation and maintenance. If during the operation , the pumps, motors , any other equipments/installations are not in workable & repairable condition, then the replacement of the same of the reputed manufactureres shall be made by the agency one to one at his/their own cost, including functioning, running and maintenance of pumps, pipes, valves, electrical installations , instrumentation, maintaining log Book/history book for running of electrical pumps, D.G Sets, Diesel Engine etc , to environmentally safer treated water confirming to IS standard etc. with cost & supply of all labour, T&P , taxes etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST).NB:(i)The contractor shall pay rate of wages for the workmen force engaged , as per the approved labour rate of Govt. of India/PPA as notified from time to time. In addition to the wages, the contractor shall have to pay canteen allowance @Rs.80/Per day/each, washing allowance @Rs.45/Per day/each, Transport allowance @Rs.60/Per day/each, Welfare allowance @Rs.60/Per day/each, EPF, ESI contribution as per the norms, Leave salary @1 day salary for 20 days work, retrenchment benefits @15 days wages per year, Natural death insurance @Rs.1500/per year. Accidental death insurance @Rs.350/per year will be paid to the workers . (ii)Personal protective Equipments (PPEs), PLR @Rs.13440/- shall be paid to the engaged worker by the contractor with submisison of supporting documents to PPA. |
| 2 | Supplying and dosing of chlorine,HCL, NaOH including all cost of material , labour, T&P,transportation, loading & unloading, tollage, royalties, taxes if any etc. all complete as per the scope of work and as directed by Engineer in charge. (Excluding Cost of GST) |
