Fixing of Steel Roller Barrier : HG-SRB Crash Tested as per (MASH TL4) HC:7308909000Providing and Erecting a Road Restraint System-MASH TL4 Tested Steel Roller System Barrier.HG Steel Roller System TL4 comprising of post of hot dip galvanized steel 139.8mm diameter (1- 2000 mm & 2-850 mm) thickness 4.5 mm spaced with interval of 1 meter installed into hardened road. Safety frame rail from sheet of 3.2 mm thick are fixed to main posts, shock absorbing rollers 267 mm diameter and 380 mm height made of Steel, post caps, washer, and connection material (Nuts & Bolts).Distance Between Posts should be 1000 mm Distance between main post to short post should be 500 mm (Center to Center of Roller shall be 500 mm) and the height of upper edge rail is 950mm All Steel parts (rail SS275 equivalent SS400) And posts SGT275 and shock absorbing roller SPHC shall be hot dip galvanized against corrosion. The system should be installed after road safety survey, Liasoning for report in accordance with the design and drawing and assembly instructions etc. complete excluding GST.
