Rate shall be inclusive of applicable taxes including customs duty, clearance charges, Entry tax, GST, Insurance Premium etc • Engineering drawings & lift design • Supply of machine, controller, cabin, doors & accessories • Supply of rails, safety gear, wiring & electrical components • Installation of guide rails, machine, cabin & counterweight • Installation of COP/LOP, indicators & communication devices • Shaft wiring, travel cable installation & termination • Safety equipment installation & calibration • Testing of all systems, load test & safety test • Commissioning with final adjustments & ride tuning • Documentation & statutory approval assistance • Comprehensive maintenance during DLP • Taxes, duties, freight, insurance & clearance included |
| 3 | Civil Work: Elevator related civil work such as minor repairs to lift shaft internally with patch work and re-plaster wherever required, buffer blocks, sill grouting, front wall modifications on all floors including plastering on both sides to suit automatic doors, machine mounting blocks in machine room, white washing with 2 coats in lift shaft and machine room, Buttons and indicator box grouting on all floors, FMS and alarm box on ground floor, minor chipping work wherever the lift shaft is not in plumb, Core cutting of holes in existing slab to suit new machine. Repairs to existing machine room if any, providing smoke vent with jail and louvers etc Shaft repairs, re plastering & internal patchwork• Installation of buffer blocks & complete sill grouting• Front wall modifications on all floors to suit automatic doors• Machine room strengthening, mounting blocks & structural corrections• Two coat whitewashing inside lift shaft & machine room• Grouting & fixing of button boxes, indicator boxes, FMS & alarm units• Chipping, trimming & corrections where shaft is not in plumb• Core cutting of slab/wall openings for new machine and routing• Repairs & rectification of existing machine room structures• Providing smoke vent with jail & louvres for proper ventilation |
| 4 | Electrical Work Cabling: Work including changing of 3-phase armoured power cables, iron clad Mains Switches for 3 phase and single-phase car light and machine room and shaft lights, MCB, ELCB, RCCB, 1-phase armoured cable, bulkhead fittings with LED on each floor, earthing pit, and double earthing in copper, machine room lighting wiring. Exhaust fans in machine room with grillwork. Replacement of 3 phase armoured power cables for lift supply• Installation of iron clad main switches (3 phase & single phase)• Provision of MCB, ELCB, RCCB for protection & distribution• Laying of 1 phase armoured cable for car light, shaft light & machine room circuits• Installation of LED bulkhead fittings on each floor for landing illumination• Construction of earthing pit & provision of double copper earthing• Complete wiring of machine room lighting, controls & auxiliary systems• Installation of exhaust fans in machine room with protective grillwork• Routing, termination & labeling of all electrical connections as per standards• Testing of electrical circuits, earthing resistance & safety devices before energization |
| 5 | Rebate: Rebate for dismantling, buying back and taking away all equipment of existing old lift as indicated in data sheet. |
| 6 | Comprehensive annual maintenance charges inclusive of all taxes, transport, insurance, handling etc. as applicable after guarantee period as per terms & conditions specifies in Part I on per year for proposed new lifts only for the first year |
