Operation of 500 KLD STP plant, designed on moving bed biofilm-reactor (MBBR) technology by deploying 3 Nos. operators (Gr.I) (One No. in each shift) and One No. Khallasi/ sweeper (in general shift) i/c providing and loading of Consumable materials, such as UREA, DAP, Chlorine, bio-culture,filter media, Alum, Defoamers, PH adjustment chemicals, Poly eletrolyfes, Ferrous sulphate, Media for DMF(pebble,grave,anthracite,sand and 1200 iv carbon) monthly water testing charges and other consumable etc. as per norms.

Comprehensive Maintenance of 500 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant designed on moving bed biofilm-reactor (MBBR) technology as per the inventory, terms and condition attached, all type of material for Repairing / Replacement of defective parts including supplying and replacement of electric panels along with its inbuilt components, switches, cables, diffusors, blowers, blower’s motor oil, air filters, blower’s bearing and belts, pumps and motors sets, pipes (CI/GI),Pipeline’s fittings, UV System, valves and other allied accessories complete etc., as and whenever required along with regular Cleaning of bar-screen, Oil Grease Trap chamber and Disinfecting of chlorine contact tank and clear / treated water tanks with proper use of required chemicals and machinery i.e. chemical spray guns, portable oxygen supply cylinder with face masks and body suits etc. complete as required.
