| 1 | Earthwork excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) or manual means for foundation, substructures, plinth beam, cess pits & trenches, all kinds of foundation etc., in all types of soil like hard gravelly soil, sandy soil for the following depth from average ground level upto the required founding level, line and grades in both dry and wet conditions including shoring, strutting, bailing out of water if necessary, levelling, ramming and achieving 95% modified proctor density at the bottom of trenches, dressing of sides, stacking the excavated materials away from the edge of trenches, refilling the sides of foundation as required with selected excavated earth and depositing / disposing the surplus excavated earth (Disposed soil to be leveled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed and leveled) within the lead specified below all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(if water encountered during excavation , it shall be drained out by proper dewatering arrangements and power supply required for dewatering shall borne by the contractor.) Note: 1. Proper compaction shall be carried out at the founding level with a suitable roller of adequate capacity. 2. Refilling shall be done in layers of not more than 300mm (loose) using suitable vibratory roller of adequate capacity. |

Note : 1) Necessary permission from state authorities for bringing the required earth will be the responsibility of the contractor. 2) The quality of earth required for the work shall be got approved for borrow pits outside the property within a lead upto 60 km from EIC before supply. 3) Necessary Testing to be carried out for compaction and as directed by the Engineer all as per specification, including excavation, loading transporting, depositing in loose layers of each 150 mm thickness, after removing / breaking clods etc. watering to optimum moisture content and compacting each layer to 95 % of maximum dry density etc., all as specified and as directed by the EIC. |
| 4 | Construction of granular sub-bass by providing close graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing in a mix place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete in all respects as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |

| 6 | Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility.2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. |
| 7 | Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item.Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. |

Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. |
| 10 | Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels for transom & mullions including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted. |
| 11 | Supplying and providing formwork made of plywood / timber, at all levels, and removal after concreting etc., all complete for pockets of opening area less than 0.1 sqm for foundation bolts at all levels. The rate shall include proper alignment of pockets by making necessary templates etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the EIC. The measurement for formwork will be the area of forms in contact with the concrete surface only. |
| 12 | Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment\\s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, MS/CS pipes,square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost. |

| 19 | Providing and laying factory made precast kerb stone of M-20 grade cement concrete of size 100mm thick & 500mm plus or minus 50mm depth with suitable interlocking arrangement, top chamfering of size 50x70mm or as approved size including excavation, conveying the precast kerb blocks in position to the required line, level and curvature, making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curves shall not be more than 5mm), jointing / pointing the joints with cement mortar 1:3, refilling the sides, compacting, making drainage opening wherever required etc., all complete as per specification and as directed.Note: Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment and precast kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.
