| 5 | Providing, fabricating to required profile and shape, transporting, erecting and fixing in position at all levels of structural steel work conforming to 'IS 2062 Grade E250 or higher grade including procurement & testing of all raw steel materials, HSFG bolts, all types of nuts and bolts as required (Confirming to IS 3757:1985 (Reaffirmed:2008)&IS 4000:1992 (Code of practice for high strength bolts in steel structures) & washer, fasteners, fabrication, joining, welding (confirming to IS: 816:1969 and IS 9595:1996), threading, sleeves etc., including allowance for all types of wastage, straightening, cutting, bending of section wherever specified, drilling holes, bolting provision of necessary tools, testing etc. complete. Structural steel work for suspenders for false ceiling, gratings, frames, trusses, chequered plate covers, cable ducts / cable tray, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. The rate shall also include required surface preparation (Sand/abrasive Blasting as per ISO:8501-1:1988) including application of Zinc Epilux or equivalent primers, and two coats of Poly siloxane paint as per specifications. The rate shall also include supplying and providing of detailed fabrication drawings based on the GFC drawings, required for all permanent and temporary structures and their approval from Engineer, prior to execution. The rate shall also include provision and installation of base plate, anchor bolts ( for payment measured in tonnes) etc. all as per relevant drawings, specifications and directions of engineer using standard plate sections, rolled sections, like angles, channels, I sections, T sections, C sections, H sections and Light gauge steel sections confirming to IS:811-1987 (Specification for cold formed light gauge structural steel sections),hollow square/rectangle sections (Confirming to IS:4923-1997 (reaffirmed 2009) Hollow steel sections for structural use- specification), hollow round sections confirming to IS 1161:2014 (Steel tubes for structural purposes -Specification) etc., welded and built. |

| 8 | Providing and fixing 6mm thick Suede Finish Exterior Grade High Pressure Compact Laminates having 1300mm x 3050mm board size made out of urea free, thermosetting phenolic resins treated Kraft papers as core material and Amino plastic resin treated decor papers along with UV protection film on both side finish surfaces. Panels should confirm to European Fire Rating norms of Bs1d0 when classified in accordance with EN 13501-1: 2007, the Fire-Retardant Additive must be Halogen free in order to protect environment. It should have Antibacterial and Antifungal properties (conforming to JIS Z2801:2010 and ASTM G21-2015 standards respectively). Panels should have density >1350 kg/m3, Anti-graffiti properties and Resistant to - climatic shock, UV light, Grey Scale contrast (1500 hours of exposure-rating-4), Artificial weathering (including light fastness) with a Grey Scale Rating not worse than 4 after exposure to 650 MJ/m2, Acid Rain, Corrosion (on a salt spray test for 700 hours) as per applicable specifications conforming to latest and applicable EN 438-6: 2016 EDF Grade quality standards. It should be CE certified for consistency of performance described by in Annexure ZA of the standard EN 438-7:2005 under system-1. The product to be warrantied against manufacturing defects and performance characteristics (as per manufacturer product warranty) for a period of 12 years from the date of billing from factory. Panels should be installed on Aluminium tubular substructure in the size of 50mm x 25mm x 1.8mm or as per site requirement at 450 mm c/c distance with the help of 5mm diameter colour matching rivets as per manufacturer specification. The aluminium tubular substructure should be fixed on wall/MS Structures with the help of brackets designed to take dead load and wind load by 10mm fastener. Maintain 6mm both horizontal and vertical gap between two installed panels. Shade/design should be finalized under direction of Engineer. The rate includes cost of all materials, labour, transportation, staging, T&P, machineries, consumables etc. complete except the cost of supporting MS frame works if any required which shall be paid separately. |

On a flooring on a bed up to 30mm thick mortar of 1:4 proportion and wall dadoing on 12mm thick mortar of 1:4 proportion. | 25 | Providing and fixing 450mm high cavity raised access flooring system or equivalent conforming to PSA MOB standard as per the following specifications. USF - 1500 access floor panel of size 600 X 600 mm shall be all steel welded construction, with an enclosed bottom pan of 49 hemispherical and 36 reverse cones and top plain sheet which are fuse welded at 124 locations to form a panel of an overall depth of 35mm. The inner empty core of the panel is injected with a light weight for retardant non-combustible cementitious compound at high pressure to fill in all the crevices of the panel and ensure support of not less than 85 % of the top surface area of the panel. The panel after cleaning, degreasing, phosphating by 7 tank process is coated with 40-60-micron epoxy coat and is heated to achieve maximum adhesion and surface resistance. The panel is then laminated with 1.5mm thick fire retardant floor grade antistatic laminate (Electrical Resistance shall be in the range of 1.0 X 10 X 6 ohms to 2.0 X 10 X 10 ohms) on a semi-automatic lamination line to ensure maximum bonding to the steel surface. The edges of the laminated is protected with a conductive PVC edge profile of the same range of the electrical resistivity as the laminate which is 5 mm wide on all sides. This edge trim is mechanically locked and sealed in place to avoid detachment.
