Hiring Structural Consultant:The scope includes the structural design, detailing, and drawings for a Mild Steel (MS) confirming to relevant IS code roof shed to cover the HT Panel area installed in the service block of CRI. The shed shall be designed to protect panels equipment from water, and corrosion while ensuring adequate ventilation and accessibility for maintenance Deliverables from Structural Consultant required are GA drawings & detailed fabrication drawings,Structural design calculations,Load calculation sheets,Foundation drawings, stability certification after structure erection.

Providing metal roofing of sheets manufactured from zinc/ aluminum alloy colour coated from high tensile steel minimum yield strength 550 Mpa; total sheet thickness including coating 0.63 mm. profile and colour as approved by EIC ; generally as per DURASHINE Brand marketed by Tata Bluescope steel or equivalent including fixing as per manufacturers recommendations and including flashings and accessories such as ridges, corner flashings, end flashings and galvanised fasteners from reputedmanufacturers such as Mark Fasteners. For correct levelling and alignment of sheets height of purlin tops shall be adjusted as provided in purlin connections. Mode Of Measurements: Plain area in the inclined plane of sheets shall be measured. Nothing extra shall be added for collugations, profile, side laps, end laps etc.

structural steel work of all types at different heights , riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a zinc chromate priming coat of approved steel primer including two coats of synthetic enamel paint all complete.All necessary lifting equipment including scaffolding by engaging skilled experienced workmen is in the scope of the contractor.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain G.S.sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3 mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc.,including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m

Providing and fixing P.V.C. Rainwater pipes of mentioned outer diameter and having wall thickness of 2.2 to 2.7mm confirming to I.S.13592-1992 including proper rain water receiving recess with P.V.C. plug, bend, necessary fittings, such as, offsets, shoes, inluding fixing the pipe on wall using approved wooden cleats projecting 25mm to 40mm from face of wall afixing with clips of approved quality and number, filing the joint using rubber gasket with solvent cement and properly resting the shoe of pipes on C.C. or masonry blocks, including necessary scaffolding . All the P.V.C. fittings and additional 2 piece socket clips shall be got approved from engineer incharge etc. complete.- 110 mm Dia
