Constructing Cement Concrete square manhole internal diamensions 450x450x600mm, inside cement plaster 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, foundation & wall concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) , all complete as per standard design with Precast RCC Manhole cover HD20 with frame of Circular shape internal dia 560mm fixed in Reinforced cement concrete top slab in 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 10mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick all complete and carriage.
