| 1 | Manpower- Service charge per man-month covers the manpower management like appointment of the manpower, liasoning, arrangement of relivers- tools tackels- equipment- day to day coordination etc. and as define in tender. Any statuary variation, DA revision, transport, bike, handling of manpower, over time, emergency operations, daily maintenance requirements, coordination with MNGL, Govt. authorities, other utility companies, customers, societies, public, uniform etc. is under the scope of contractor. It also covers any other requirement to ensure the continuous and 24X7 gas supply to customers etc., as per the guidance and satisfactory of EIC.Contractor should understand that bidder should pay the salary of the crew members as per minimum wages under central works of construction and any statuary, DA revision etc. is not under MNGL scope. So, bidder is requested to consider the cost implication against the same while quoting the service charge. |

| 8 | Consumables, Tools etc.: Consumables covers the following but not limited as, supply of PPEs, Fusion Machine & calibration, DG, all types of squeezers, Guillotine cutter, tools tackles, Soldering Wire, Flux, Ethyl Alcohol, Teflon Tape, Pressure Gauge, Grease, Diesel, Petrol, Cement, Butane lamp, Screw, Rawal plug, electric wire, switches, excavation tools, backer, GI-Cu fittings, harness belt etc. the SOR covers all material, tools, equipment etc. which is required to perform the job and as per the direction and satisfactory of EIC. |
| 9 | ERV-PNG-O&M: The contractor must provide Tata yodha/ Mahindra bolero or equivalent with CNG/ Diesel to MNGL as per Branding & Necessary Modification (Internal & External) to perform O&M activity for round the clock (24 hr). Model shall be BS VI having running KM not more than 15000 KM with necessary provision to store tools & tackles etc. as per EIC. Contractor must ensure the compliance with prevailing RTO Regulations. Driver is in the scope of contractor. Average ERV running per month is not more than 2000 KM and will be reconciled in contract period. |
| 10 | O&M Site Office: Office location should be located at strategic locations for round of clock monitoring O&M activities. It should be well equipped with required infrastructure namely Furniture, PC, internet, printer, mobile etc. as per tender. Minimum office space for office and storage of materials should be approx. 350 Sq Feet of carpet area and space for ERV & bike Parking. Office facility should include toilet/washroom, electricity bill, rent agreement, etc. Office preferably be at ground floor. Office space, interior, should be finalized on satisfaction of EIC. |
