Providing rubber lining on the RCC walls and floors of pit for all essential repair/ maintenance works as pointed out including peeling of the damaged rubber lining, cleaning and surface preparation at all locations and height up to 4M from ground level , using 4mm thick natural rubber sheet, including cost of all materials, labour, preparation of surface applying the rubber lining solution on the surface to be lined, vulcanizing, with steam or hot water to achieve the final hardness uniformly over entire surface. Rubber sheet should be free from cracks, pin holes, trapped air bubbles, lack of adhesive, hollow space etc.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick at all elevations and locations, including racking and hacking the surface for proper grip, plastering, including all labour charges, scaffolding charges, cost of all consumables, curing charges, all safety precautions etc., complete.
