Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of coglomerates, all types of laterite rocks, soft rock,ordinary rock,disintegrated rock,fissured / shuttered rock, decomposed or weathered rock and such other materials in full or in parts as the case may be by adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiselling,wedging etc.but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry,moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering incl. setting out constructed of shoring and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated soil/rock at specified areas within 50 m all leads and lifts etc. as per specification & drawing and directed by the Engineer- in- charge etc. complete. : All kinds of soil

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : All works upto plinth level

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing and fixing of weep holes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipe of approved the concrete of retaining wall, wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. : 75 mm dia

Supplying jamba wooden bally piles 150 mm mean diameter cut to lengths required (not exceeding 9 metres) and planted in position ready for driving: Upto 2.5 meters long pile
