Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechnical means of crushed stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) Grading-III 75mm (seventy five millimetres) consolidated thickness to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. (eight to one hundred) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.18cum (zero point one eight cubic metres) per ten square metres and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of materials,labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and all incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of materials, labour and equipments to various location of site of work through all modes of transportation in all leads,lifts and all incidentals.

Providing, laying by Mechanical means and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm (twenty milimeters) thickness with specified size of graded stone aggregates using viscus grade bitumen (VG-10 (ten) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty to hundred kilo Newton) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 (five zero eight) including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying seal coat By Mechanical Means sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (five hundred ten) using Bitumen VG 10 (ten) ) including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.
