Construction of penetration macadam 50 (fifty) milimetres thick over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate 40 (forty) milimetres size hand broken @ 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metres) per square metre and 12 mm (twelve milimetres) size stone chips @ 0.018 cum (zero pint zero one eight) per square metre using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 (five zero six) including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogramme) per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 (five zero three) and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying 30mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 (One Hundred to One hundred Twenty) TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 (Seventy Five) tonnes per Hour using crushed aggregates of specified aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-10) @ 5.5 (Five point five) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, viberatory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects and as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead & lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm (two point five milimeters) thick and 0.10 (point one zero) meter wide strip in Center line / Edge line including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms ( two fifty grammes) per square meter area, thickness of 2.5 mm (two point five milimeters) is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 (thirty five) in accordance with Ministory of Road Transport Specification (Latest revision) and IRC Code.
