Supplying, Installation and Commission of horizontal split casing centrifugal pump of Jyoti/Mather Platt/Kirloskar/WPIL make with bronze S.S. impeller having discharge 1090 m3/hr against total head 58 mtr NPSH required for positive head mounted on common M S base plate and coupled by rigidly fixed CI coupling with TEFC energy efficient squirrel cage induction motor of Jyoti/ABB/Kirloskar/ make of suitable capacity, operating on 3.3 KV ±10%, 50 Hz AC supply. Including cost of supplying and fitting CIDF sluice valve, NR valve-1 no. each for delivery and CIDF sluice valve -1 no. for suction. ISI make of of suitable size.

Cost towards dismantling and disconnecting 350 HP previous old and damaged motor, pump, NR valve and sluice valves-2 nos., MS shot pieces, bend flange, base plate and taken out from deep pump house and keeping in store by hydra/ crane machine including demolish RCC foundation by chisel, hammer and drilling machine vibrator and throwing out side the pump house.

Cost towards making R.C.C. foundation for suitable above pump set with approved quality of stone, chip, clean course sand, cement in ration 1:1.5:3 respectively with approved quality of proper size iron rod including screening shuttering, mixing cement, concrete , sand in mixture and placing in position etc all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Cost towards supplying all materials labours tools equipments for making suction pipe line and delivery pipe line 15 ft. and 8 ft. respectively with heavy duty MS pipe, shot piece, flange, bend, allied materials including cost of cutting and welding and painting few coat anti corrosive black paint including loading and unloading all complete and pump motor lowering in pump house by hydra/crane machine.
