| 6 | Design, Supply, Installation, Aiming, Testing and Commissioning of Energy Efficient High Power LED Floodlight Luminaire System for sports field lighting at the SMS stadium minimum 90 fixture per high mast with system luman wattage 1500-1700 Watt & system efficacy >= 110 luman/watt. The scope shall include detailed lighting design of the cricket field, preparation of photometric calculations and simulation using professional lighting design software such as Dialux / AGi32 or equivalent, including luminaire layout, mounting heights, aiming angles and lux grid analysis. The design shall demonstrate compliance with the specified horizontal and vertical illuminance levels, uniformity ratios and glare control requirements for sports field lighting suitable for international cricket broadcasting standards. |
| 7 | The scope of work shall also include provision of Main Lighting Distribution Board (MLDB) and High Mast Panels, supply, installation and programming of the DMX-RDM lighting control system, including addressing, configuration, scene programming, integration of luminaires with the control network, and testing of control functionality for operation of the stadium lighting system. |
| 8 | Testing and commissioning shall include precision aiming and focusing of luminaires, and implementation of glare control measures. field verification of horizontal and vertical illuminance levels, uniformity ratios and system performance, along with submission of illumination performance reports confirming compliance with the approved lighting design. |
| 9 | The item shall include all mounting accessories, brackets, clamps, wiring, cabling, connectors, control integration, programming, installation, alignment, focusing, testing and commissioning and all allied works complete in all respects, including labour, equipment, tools, transportation and ancillary works required for successful commissioning of the LED floodlighting system, along with submission of luminaire windage area details during detailed engineering for structural verification of mast/stadium structures. |
