8.53Providing and installation of Road Restraint System i.e Single Roller Crash Barrier System. Single Roller System comprising of H1 & H2 post of hot dipped galvanized steel of minimum 139.8 mm diameter (H1-2200 mm and H2-720 mm), wall thickness 4.5 mm, main post spaced at an interval of 1000 mm, installed at the edge of earthen/hard/paved shoulder of the road, in 300 mm dia/square pit of depth minimum 1240 mm, fixed with PCC M15 grade concrete. Safety frame rail from metal sheet of 3.2 mm thick are fixed to main posts. shock absorbing rollers 345 mm diameter and 480 mm height made of polypropylene- EVA, post caps, locker, pipes and connection material. Distance between main post to short post shall be 500 mm c/c, the height of upper edge rail is 960 m m above road surface. All steel parts/frame shall be S235JR or equivalent SS400, the post shall be S235JR hot dipped galvanized. The system shall be installed as per drawing & specification enclosed, complete with 5 years free replacement warranty on all the material/ parts against any manufacturing defects and deformation but excluding damages due to accidents, if any.Note 1: This item shall be included in the DPR and executed only with 335.0 rm 73400.0 24589000.0 TOTAL AMOUNT 24589000.0 Say Rs in lakh 245.89 Sub Engineer Sub Divisional Officer Executive Engineer P.W.D.
