Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineering in charge.

Clearing the existing black topped surface with removal of forein materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/ or compressed air to receive bituminious treatment etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone agregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform thickness with paver in sub base/ base course on the prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works.

Labour for applying primmer coat with Bitumen Emulsion ( SS-1 ) with all cost conveyance ,labour T&P 4.0kg of bitumen per 10sqm etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specific size on a layer of bituminious binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen laid on prepared and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled steel roller as per clause 501 of MORTH & H Specification for road and bridges work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineering in charge.

Labour for applying Tack coat using Emulsion including cost of Emulsion Labour etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminious concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading , premixed with bitumininious binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and allignment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MOSRT & H Specificaion for road and bridge works ( 4rth Revision ) etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineering in charge.
