Manufacture ,supply and delivery of BIS Mark Fully Hot dip Galvanized Deepwell Hand Pump [ IMII] Assembly Complete Unit with 12 no of cnnecting Rod [ Bright Bar] of 12 mmy dia 3 mtr length each. Confirming to IS-930-1/1990 IS 15500 [part 2] 2004 with its amendments / revisions up to date including BIS Packing , Loading ,Unloading and stacking charges to Zilla Parishad store . The component identifications and manufacturers dentifications mark shall be as per BIS specifications with Telescopic stand assembly in lieu of normal stand of 150mm Dia Borewells.With 12Nos each of G.I.Pipe 32 mm Nominal Bore Hot Dipped Galvanized screwed and socketed pipe in 3 Mtr. Length with a tolerance of + 0 mm to – 25 mm conforming to IS- 1239 [ part 1] / 1990 medium class . The socket shall be manufactured from simless pipe or Machined from solid bar confirming to grade FE -410 S OF IS -226/1975 with a dimensions [ Lenth and diameter ] Specified in IS-129 [ part 2 /1982 and shall be Hot dip Galvanized 1 end of the riser pipe shall be fitted with Hot dip Galvanized coupler and the other with a threaded protector . Pipe supplied should have IS-1239 Make embossed on it. Tolerance and thickness and Mass . Galvanizing leak Tightness Test Bend and on Tubes chemical compositions dimensions bend test sampeling criterion for conformity marking porteting and packing and all other details should be followed as per IS-1239.
