Concrete placing shall be done with utmost care, the free drop height shall not exceed 1.5m, and concrete shall be vibrated with immersion type vibrators having frequency not less than 7000 vibrations per second in methodical method so as all points of structures are covered. Free concrete surface shall be covered with Hessian cloth and kept wet. | 16 | Providing and applying two coat of primer and two coats of Texture paint, Anti-fungal, water proof, dust proof Paint on Exterior Surfaces in any pattern, at all heights of surfaces. One component waterborne 100% pure acrylic emulsion that offers protection against concrete carbonation with an R Value of min 600m and an equivalent concrete layer thickness value of min 150cm. Paint should have crack bridging property of min 1.85 mm with Solar Reflective index of min 110 and IR reflectance property. | 17 | Providing and applying PU (Polyurethane) based liquid applied waterproofing treatment to terraces/toilets/wet areas including supply of approved materials, surface preparation, crack filling, priming, reinforcement, membrane application, flood testing and warranty complete.Providing and applying PU based liquid elastomeric waterproofing system comprising surface preparation, cleaning, repairing cracks and honeycombs using PU sealant/polymer modified mortar, forming fillet at junctions, applying approved PU compatible primer, reinforcement with polyester/glass fibre mesh at all corners, junctions, pipe inserts and critical areas, followed by application of PU liquid membrane in two or more coats to achieve minimum dry film thickness of 1.5 mm for terraces and 1.0 mm for toilets/wet areas including extending coating up to minimum 300 mm on vertical faces. For terrace application, finishing shall include a UV-resistant aliphatic PU/reflective elastomeric top coat, and for toilets/wet areas, tiling or protection screed shall be done only after curing. Work shall include flood test for minimum 48 hours before finishing. Complete work shall be carried out as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, using approved products (Sika/Fosroc/BASF/Dr. Fixit/Asian Paints or equivalent) and by authorized applicator only. | 18 | Supply and installation of Mild Steel (MS) railing for culvert safety along the road, including fabrication, delivery, and erection. The MS railing shall be made of approved quality mild steel sections/pipes conforming to relevant IS standards and shall include horizontal bars and vertical posts of dimensions as per approved drawings and design. The railing posts shall be firmly embedded in concrete foundations of required size and grade, with proper alignment, leveling, and curing to ensure structural stability and durability. All welding shall be continuous, uniform, and of good workmanship, and all fasteners, fittings, and accessories shall be of MS or other approved corrosion-resistant materials. The fabricated MS railing shall be properly surface-prepared and provided with one coat of primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint or other specified protective coating. The completed railing shall be checked for rigidity, alignment, workmanship, and safety, and shall comply with relevant IS codes and standards for road safety barriers.
